Your Next Landscape Project - The Process
1. Setting up an Appointment (email, Phone, Text)
We ask all of our new and existing clients to set up an appointment with us so we can go and see the area you are wanting to improve. Setting one up is easy! You can do so by Email, Phone/Text, or filling out the form on our “Contact Us” page. From there we can chat about everything you need help with and find a time when our schedules line up!
Appointments/estimates within 1604 are FREE, anything outside the loop incurs a $25 trip charge.
2. The appointment
For most appointments you will meet us, Javier and Jai Ponce. Together we will walk the area with you and discuss the solutions to all of your outdoor needs! We can handle just about every outdoor project so if you are wanting it done, just ask!
For most smaller jobs measurements will be taken at this time and we can have an estimate sent to you by email in a few days. For larger jobs that require multiple trades estimates can take a bit longer, requiring multiple visits.
3. Estimate/ Landscape Plan
All estimates we provide will be broken down by trade/item/material unless otherwise requested. We do this so you can easily identify the items/work with which you want to move forward.
We will send the estimate via email from Quickbooks. Rarely estimates can get caught in your spam folder so we usually follow up immediately after they are sent as well as a few days after if we have not heard back.
Once you accept then we will get you on our schedule ASAP!
4. Project Start through Completion
Once we begin your project we do everything on our end to finish up the process as efficiently as possible, without sacrificing quality. We’ve heard horror stories from people and know our reputation is on the line when we take on your project. We never take on more work than we can handle at a time ensuring that once started, your project is our top priority until it is finished!
